Das Thema der Ausstellung sind die Eindrücke von Gegenwart und die Erinnerungen, die Teil von unserer emotionalen Landschaft sind. Die Erinnerungen von Orten, Momenten oder kleinen Gegeständen, speichern wir in uns schon als Kinder und behalten wir als emotionaler Kern.
Für die Ausstellung werde ich Installationen, Grafik, Collage und Monoprints vorbereiten. Das gesamte wird eine Art von Landkarte der alten und ‘frischen’ Erinnerungen sein.

Il tema della mostra sono le impressioni del presente e le memorie, che sono parte del nostro paesaggio emotivo. Fin da piccoli salviamo ricordi di luoghi, momenti o piccole cose e oggetti che vanno a creare una sorta di personalissimo nucleo emotivo.
In mostra istallazioni, grafiche e collage che compongono una di mappa dei ricordi, vecchi e nuovi.

Dopo il successo delle passate edizioni, anche quest’anno AMACI organizza la Giornata del Contemporaneo. Giunta alla sua quindicesima edizione, l'iniziativa promuove il complesso e vivace mondo dell'arte contemporanea in Italia e all'estero. Per l'occasione lo Studio d'Arte Andromeda di Trento promuove l’artista visiva italiana Laura Manfredi.
In mostra una serie di opere e stampe su carta.

The 15th Day of Giornata del Contemporaneo - Italian Contemporary Art, the great event organized annually by AMACI to bring the art of our era to the general public, will be held on Saturday, 12th October 2019. On this occasion the Studio d'Arte Andromeda in Trento presents the Italian visual artist and printmaker Laura Manfredi.

Die Ausstellung zeigt eine "site-specific Installation" mit Kunstwerken auf Papier. Inspiriert sind diese vom Blick aus dem Panorama-Fenster der moving gallery auf das Baustahl-Lager der Fa. Blasy in Innsbruck.
Diese nicht ganz alltägliche Landschaft aus stählernen Bewährungsmatten ist ein sich ständig veränderndes Muster, ähnlich dem Blick auf eine mobile Tapete.
Daraus entstehen Impressionen, die an Videospiele erinnern – wer kennt nicht das gute alte TETRIS, wo sich ständig Türme bilden, nur um gleich wieder zu verschwinden…
Laura Manfredi's grafische Arbeiten beschäftigen sich mit den Themen Erinnerung, Repetition und mit ‚emotionalen Landschaften‘. Ein Künstlerblick über das Gewöhnliche und die Wahrnehmung hinaus.

In mostra un'installazione site specific con opere su carta. Ciò che l'ha inspirata è la vista dalla grande finestra della moving gallery dello studio di architettura altrosa di Innsbruck, in cui si tiene la mostra. La finestra si affaccia sul deposito a cielo aperto di armature metalliche per cemento armato della Fa. Blasy di Innsbruck.
Un paesaggio che è in continuo movimento, dove pile di armature vengono depositate, spostate, portate via. Uno sfondo con una composizione di volumi in costante mutazione, quasi come una tappezzeria in movimento.
Queste visioni, che tanto ricordano il Tetris, sono il punto di partenza della mostra personale di Laura Manfredi.
Le opere esposte in mostra sono una riflessione d'artista sui temi della ripetizione, dei ricordi e dei paesaggi emotivi.

On show a site specific installation with works on paper. Its inspiration ist the view form the wide window of the moving gallery, in the architecture studio altrosa in Innsbruck, where the exhibition takes place. The window shows the Fa. Blasy open-air warehouse of metallic reinforcement for concrete.
This landscape is constantly moving and changing. New staples come, some are moved, some are delivered. The background is a constantly changing 3D composition, like a moving wallpaper.
These visions, that somehow remind of Tetris, are the starting point of the solo exhibition of printmaker artist Laura Manfredi.
The artworks on show are an artist's reflection on the themes of repetition, memories and emotional landscapes.

Trees Remeber Too highlights the deep relationship that man has with nature, and how it becomes a privileged channel for the expression of memory.

Laura Manfredi, through some ready-made installations of the Fragile series, composed of a multiplicity of objects that contain in itself a sense of fragility and fragmentation, tries to reflect on the theme of repetition and memory and the deep link between them. The systematic reproduction of similar, but not equal, elements, always with a different detail, in her installations, refers to everyday life to that typically human mnemonic process that leads to the selection of some memories compared to others. Manfredi tries to investigate this process of selection and association, apparently arbitrary, which is a link with the colletive past but individual too. (Text by B#S Gallery)

Trees Remeber Too pone in evidenza il profondo rapporto di connessione che l’uomo ha con la natura e come quest’ultima diventi canale privilegiato per l’espressione di concetti quali memoria e ricordo.

"Laura Manfredi, presenta alcune installazioni ready made del ciclo “fragile” composte da una molteplicità di oggetti che racchiudono in loro un senso di fragilità e frammentarietà cerca di riflettere sul tema della ripetizione e della memoria e l’intrinseco legame tra le due. La riproduzione sistematica di elementi simili, ma non uguali, sempre con un particolare diverso, nelle sue installazioni, rimanda alla quotidianità a quel processo mnemonico tipicamente umano che porta alla selezione di alcuni ricordi rispetto ad altri. Manfredi cerca di indagare questo processo di selezione e associazione, apparentemente arbitrario, che costituisce un legame con il passato sia collettivo, ma soprattutto individuale."(Testo a cura di B#S Gallery)

The exhibition offers a contemporary reworking of the most typical iconography of vanitas: the image of the cut flower. Sublime, full of meaning, yet ambivalent, the language of cut flowers is the archetipal symbol of beauty and ephemeral youth, but in the deep it also carries an unavoidable funeral and presagistic component (given by its quality as a grave element).
The exhibited works are material, photographic, pictorial and installative, and they translate a universe full of spiritual and carnal references, connected to the metaphor of the flower in different cultures (Text by B#S Gallery).

La mostra propone una rielaborazione in chiave contemporanea dell’iconografia più tipica della vanitas: l’immagine del fiore reciso. Sublime, pregno di significato, eppure ambivalente, il linguaggio del fiore reciso è per antonomasia simbolo di bellezza e di effimera gioventù, ma nel profondo porta anche con sè un’inevitabile componente funerea e presagistica, insita nella sua qualità di elemento tombale.
Le opere esposte sono materiche, fotografiche, pittoriche ed installative, e traducono un universo di rimandi spirituali e carnali, connesso alla metafora del fiore in diverse culture (Testo a cura di B#S Gallery).

Seven rooms, seven moods, seven different impressions dominate the art project ‚Kunst im Wein-Keller‘, art in the wine cellar. More than 20 artists exhibit in the wine cellar rooms and open air, in a well known region of wine production in Austria. This project is an idea of the artist Helmut Hable and opens during the week-end of the open wine cellars. The visitors could discover the region and its wines and visit this art exhibition.

Sette stanze, sette moods, sette diverse impressioni caratterizzano il progetto artistico ‚Kunst im Wein-Keller‘, Arte in cantina, in una zona di grande produzione vinicola della Stiria, in Austria. Una ventina di artisti espongono nelle stanze di un’antica cantina vinicola e all’aperto, nei terreni circostanti l’azienda. Il progetto, ideato e curato dall’artista Helmut Hable, inaugura in occasione del fine settimana delle cantine aperte, permettendo così al pubblico che va alla scoperta della regione per degustare i vini locali di visitare anche questa mostra d’arte.

A solo exhibition with works on paper, prints and installations. The objects of the archelogical collection of the museum Burg Hasegg Münze Hall, where the exhibition takes place, have inspired me to create these works dedicated to the concept of fragility.

naTHURart 2017 - SWITZERLAND

I'm one of the 15 artists invited to exhibit at naTHURart 2017.

For this Landart exhibition the invited artists and three classes of the local school create artworks along the river Thur. The artists can use only materials that are available in locu, like stones, leaves, branches, musk, sand, lichen, flowers and so on…

The artworks are 'on show' from the 8th of July till the end of September… and so long as they resist the Natural elements, like wind and water.

Sono una dei 15 artisti invitati a partecipare a naTHURart 2017.
Per questa mostra di Landart gli artisti e tre classi della scuola locale possono utilizzare solo materiali trovati in locu, come pietre, foglie, rami, muschio, sabbia, licheni, fiori e così via.
Le opere sono visibili dall'8 luglio fino alla fine settembre, se resisteranno agli agenti naturali come vento e acqua…

Ich bin eine von den 15 KunstlerInnen die in naTHURart 2017 ausstellen.
Für diese Landart-Ausstellung gestalten die eingeladenen Künstlerinnen und Künstler – und drei Schulklassen – Kunstwerke am Ufer der Thur.
Verwendet werden nur Materialien, die vor Ort verfügbar sind wie Steine, Blätter, Zweige, Moos, Sand, Flechten, Blüten etc.
Grundsätzlich können die Werke vom 8. Juli bis Ende September besichtigt werden, vorausgesetzt, sie können den Naturkräften wie Wind und Wasser so lange widerstehen.
