Il linguaggio universale dell’arte unisce le culture che si incontrano nelle loro espressioni artistiche. Il Club for UNESCO di Vicenza prosegue il confronto internazionale sulla grafica d’arte proponendo per questa ottava edizione gli sguardi degli artisti italiani e olandesi.

Lo specchio è la porta di passaggio tra mondo reale e immaginario. Contrapposizione tra occhio e sguardo, esteriorità e interiorità, oscillazione tra il vedere (riflettere) e il comprendere (far riflettere), lo specchio svela ciò che è oltre il campo figurativo rappresentato nel quadro, dilatando lo spazio e offrendo allo spettatore sdoppiamenti percettivi. Sessanta artisti sono invitati a proporre al pubblico la propria opera favorendo il confronto sulla stampa d’arte attraverso temi, tecniche, prospettive interpretative differenti.

The universal language of art connects cultures which meet in a common celebration of their similarities and differences. That's why the Vicenza Club for UNESCO intends to support and propose the fourth edition of Mirror - Face to face, a creative comparison between engraving art in different Countries. 

As a mirror reflects faces, art reflects emotions and thoughts. About seventy artists are invited to show a piece of their engraving art to an international public in order to compare visions, themes and artists’ different techniques, and to see how inspiration crosses time and places.

Das Thema der Ausstellung sind die Eindrücke von Gegenwart und die Erinnerungen, die Teil von unserer emotionalen Landschaft sind. Die Erinnerungen von Orten, Momenten oder kleinen Gegeständen, speichern wir in uns schon als Kinder und behalten wir als emotionaler Kern.
Für die Ausstellung werde ich Installationen, Grafik, Collage und Monoprints vorbereiten. Das gesamte wird eine Art von Landkarte der alten und ‘frischen’ Erinnerungen sein.

Il tema della mostra sono le impressioni del presente e le memorie, che sono parte del nostro paesaggio emotivo. Fin da piccoli salviamo ricordi di luoghi, momenti o piccole cose e oggetti che vanno a creare una sorta di personalissimo nucleo emotivo.
In mostra istallazioni, grafiche e collage che compongono una di mappa dei ricordi, vecchi e nuovi.
