During the Italy’s presidency semester of the European Union, the Banca Monte Paschi Belgio presents the exhibition ‘Overlapping – Luoghi’ of Valerio Donghi and Laura Manfredi. On show in the head office in Rue Joseph II, 24 (1000 Bruxelles), from Monday 3rd to Thursday 27th November 2014 (open Mon - Fri, from 9.00 to 16.00), about 15 photos and works on papers of the italian artists. The artists will be present in the exhibition space on Friday the 28th November 2014 from 10.00 to 12.00.
‘Overlapping – Luoghi’ is an exhibition about different italian places and non-lieux , that have inspired and touched the artists, somehow. The subjets of the exhibition – landscapes, architectural perspective, interiors where styles and influences are overlapped – are connected through a fil rouge, creating an imaginery Italian Place. On display some pictures of the 'à rebours' series by Valerio Donghi and Laura Manfredi and about 10 monoprints – artworks on paper - of Laura Manfredi.

In occasione del semestre di presidenza italiana, Banca Monte Paschi Belgio presenta la mostra ‘Overlapping – Luoghi’ di Valerio Donghi e Laura Manfredi. In esposizione nella filiale centrale di Rue Joseph II, 24 (1000 Bruxelles), da lunedì 3 novembre a giovedì 27 novembre 2014 (con apertura da lunedì a venerdì, dalle 9.00 alle 16.00), una quindicina di fotografie e opere su carta degli artisti italiani. Gli artisti saranno a disposizione di chi li volesse incontrare nella mattinata di venerdì 28 novembre 2014 nello spazio espositivo.
‘Overlapping – Luoghi’ non è una mostra su una città, ma su diversi luoghi e non-luoghi italiani che, in qualche modo, hanno ispirato e coinvolto gli artisti. I soggetti della mostra - paesaggi, scorci architettonici, interni, con il sovrapporsi di stili e influenze - sono quindi legati tra loro da un fil rouge, a creare un immaginario Luogo Italiano. La mostra presenta alcuni scatti della serie 'à rebours' realizzata da Valerio Donghi e Laura Manfredi e una decina di monoprint, opere grafiche su carta, di Laura Manfredi.

Bei der Gelegenheit des Semesters der italienischen EU Präsidentschaft, präsentiert die Banca Monte Paschi Belgio die Ausstellung ‘Overlapping – Luoghi’, von Valerio Donghi und Laura Manfredi. Etwa 15 Fotos und Kunstwerke auf Papier der italienischen Künstler werden im Head Office in Rue Joseph II, 24 (1000 Brussels), von Montag 3. bis Donnerstag 27. November 2014 (Mo - Fr von 9.00 bis 16.00 Uhr) gezeigt. Die Künstler werden am Freitag 28. November im Ausstellungsraum den Interessierten zur Verfügung sein.
‘Overlapping – Luoghi’ ist nicht eine Ausstellung über eine bestimmte Stadt, sondern über verschiedene italienische Orte und 'Nicht-Orte', die irgendwie die Künstler inspiriert und berührt haben. Das Thema der Ausstellung ist ein imaginärer italienischer Ort: Landschaften, architektonische Teilansichten und Interiors, in denen sich Stile und Einflüsse überlappen, sind durch einen roten Faden verbunden. Die Ausstellung zeigt einige Fotos von der Serie 'à rebours', geschaffen von dem Fotograph Valerio Donghi und Laura Manfredi und etwa 10 Monoprints - Druckkunstwerke auf Papier - von Laura Manfredi.
